I fully agree with the principle of training hard and focusing on doing compound exercises. When I first started out I was doing more isolated exercises, so my muscle gains were minimal.
Then I read from Vince DelMonte that I should be focusing on Compound exercises. I gave it a try and it truly boosted my results!
