Build abs Fast – The 3 Biggest Mistakes You Should Avoid

abs workout trainingPeople always approach me and ask: “how do I build abs fast?” Sometimes, these people confess to me they find it difficult to get the best result in the soonest time imaginable. But guess what? Having the most efficient guideline for your abdominal planwill make a difference.

If you ask me, building a no nonsense 6 pack quick requires a lot of HARD WORK. Yet, it won’t be enough. All your work will be put in vain if you don’t follow the most excellent exercise plan. Observing the people who approached me, I saw the common mistakes they made in the process.

So, to help you avoid making the same mistakes, here are the 3 worst things you should NOT do:

1. Limiting yourself to ONE or TWO meals per day

Like what John Alvino said, you must consume at least 5-6 meals every day for an fantastic fat loss plan. If you want to get ripped abs fast, consuming only one or two meals a day is not the best way to go.

Working for ripped abs fast requires right nutrition. How would you feel after a stressful day at work? Don’t you have the desire to revive your strength and recharge? The same goes when you’re building muscles. After a strenuous exercise, your muscles crave to replenish their strength. If you don’t eat right, you will risk their health. Eventually, this can result to muscle loss and damage. Furthermore, you will also reduce your metabolism tremendously.

The ultimate technique for a successful six pack abs diet is taking in well-balanced meals at the right time. After your exercises, eat foods rich in protein. Plus, avoid unhealthy fats and bad carbs like junk foods, deep fried meals and pastries.

2. Relying on CARDIO ALONE to get you ab muscles fast

CARDIOVASCULAR routines are ADVANTAGEOUS. However, this is not enough. To build abs fast, you will have to perform different workouts, not just ONE. Resistance training and weight lifting are some of the most excellent full body routines that will form your muscles. Performing these drills along with abs-targeting routines will make those abs toned in no time. One important reminder though, you should do these exercises regularly at least every 4 non-consecutive days a week. For your cardio option, perform them during the days when you’re not performing your usual workouts.

3. Training too hard

Some people would not even endure the pain of hard workouts. Yet, there are those who believe that over-training themselves will produce them excellent results quicker. Well, that’s a big misconception. Over-training won’t get you near six pack abs. Why? Because you will risk the chance of injuries along the way, physically and mentally. This will wear your muscles, and if worse comes to worst, it can damage them entirely.

Don’t forget, your goal is to carry out an effective workout. It won’t be effective at all when you don’t do it precisely. Over-training won’t produce the greatest results simply because you won’t be able to carry out each workout with perfection.

So why don’t you begin by doing 5 reps of every set of workout then slowly add on to your reps as you improve. This will give your muscles enough time to recover. Also, it will also prepare your muscles for more advanced training in the future.

Don’t make the same mistakes others are making. Following the most effective training will lead you to your fitness goal. Just live a healthy diet, carry out your drills perfectly, and don’t ever believe that ONE workout will build abs fast. Now that you know how to get six pack abs quick, start doing it as soon as possible! In the end, you’ll be happy with the product of your hard work and efforts.
