Killer Bodyweight Conditioning Circuit For Muscle
I just posted this video lesson on “body weight training” that
earned me the name “freak” because it appears simple but will
put you in the “hurt box!”
If you think “bodyweight training” is very under rated when
it comes to building muscle than you probably already have
a “world class physique” or might need to give it a second
chance.
When you watch the video, just FYI, “50 reps” is NOT a misprint.
The name of the game, when it comes time to building new
“head turning” muscle is PROGRESS.
As long as your adding a few extra reps each week then you
will move out of the gym and into your own world class physique
(unless your nutrition and lifestyle is poor).
If you need something new and are getting bored then try
out this 5 exercise body weight circuit, when you hit the gym
tonight or tomorrow, which will test your muscular endurance
and conditioning.
Focus on adding, no matter your age or sex, at least 5 reps
every 1-2 weeks until you complete this entire circuit as a
warm up or “finisher” at the end of your workout.
Don’t forget, if you want to LOOK fit you have to GET fit so
don’t be afraid to push your self and enter the “hurt box!”
It’s worth it (especially when you start getting compliments
from your friends)!
