I really had no complaints about this program, but similar to the other top programs I felt a sense of “information overload” when I first begin to read over the program and check all of the bonuses out. In certain places, the ebook seems a little disorganized. Part of that is undoubtedly due to the fact that this program takes a somewhat unique approach to training. That approach is one of periodization which is a bit more complicated to explain. Vince does tie it all together with the help of his member’s area. This is the Book to really build muscle! Don’t go for Sean’s book, this one is better.
I did go for Seans about a year ago, and I must say it is very good. However, I wanted to check this one too, so I bought it. Boy, was I glad I did!
At the beginning it was a little to much information, so I had to read everything twice to get the grip of it, however, when I started applying the principles of Vince, I started gaining even more mass than before, and more definition, to boost.
I would only say that the book should be a little better organized. There’s so much information that is easy to get confused sometimes. If you get this, read everything carefully and take notes!
Altought this program is excelent in it’s content, I would like to have more excersise options.
Some of those I can’t do at my gym because it doesn’t have all the equipment needed.
I could work around these with the trainer, and we found some exersises that I could change, but I think Vince should include more options.
all in all, a very good program, and I am getting results following it.
this ebook is so long and includes some information that it’s easy to get lost.
I had to print the parts that I wanted to re-read and put them in a folder, because reading it in the computer was too tiresome.
My only “complain”, would be that it doesn’t include all those bonuses you can find in the other programs. The truth is that the book is so complete that you will not need them, but it’s always nice to receive all those extra ebooks.
I found the book to contain essential information about every aspect of the body and why things work. Subjects like hormones, workout guides, dietary needs, and the science of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates are exposed. The great thing about this book is the included nutrition guides for the cheap, the expensive, and the vegetarian diets.
I had stalled out and wasn’t putting on the mass I was looking for. then found this book and after aplying the principles over the last three months I gained what I hand’t been able before.

There is so much crap on the market that it is hard to know who to trust. To me Vince came across as an honest guy who didn’t use hype to sell his program. While using his methods I have lost 30 pounds of fat and gained 14 pounds of muscle. I am very pleased with the results.
