However, it is, I feel, important to mention that Sean does provide a secondary workout system that is supposed to be just as effective without a spotter (I haven’t used it).
2. There is almost too much offered. While you can get by very well just with reading Truth About Building Muscle, Sean includes a whole lot more stuff in this package. My personal recommendation is to go through the videos, the exercise routines, and the Truth About Building Muscle manual together in the first round. Take the audio with you if you go to a gym, and start incorporating the meals abcd the meal plan in the 2nd to 4th week based on how you are able to fit it in your schedule.
3. Finally, I did not think it was necessary for Sean to spend as much time as he does on clarifying what a scam most of the big companies are. But then again, I guess this might be because I knew most of the body-building industry scam before I ever used Sean’s system, so didn’t think it was that important, but it might be very helpful to some others!
The only downside to the Truth about Building Muscle is that it is focused on High Intensity Training (HIT), leaving out a vast majority of workouts that are just as effective.

In there, Sean shows proper form for each of exercise and what muscles it affects and tips on performing properly.
This was of huge value, because sometimes those names can be a little confusing.
I think this product should cover more information on the topic of diets by the new accepted diet programs out there, like “The zone” and Atkins.
It is a proven fact that carbohidrates will make you fat, but this book hardly mention this.
In the exercise part, it’s par to none. Really offers a great deal of information and help to properly do all movements and grow and avoid injury.
I would say get this program, because it’s the best, but also get your nutrition facts from Atkins.
The workouts of this program are killer. I feel like I get a great session in every time. The beauty of this is that the workouts aren’t too long. They are designed to fit working people’s schedule.
I also think It was a bit lengthy and I think some of the gains were exaggerated.
