Don&#039;t be fooled! all those bonuses are nice, but this ebook has what it&#039;s needed.
When I got to work on this (after having bought it and not used it for a cuple of months), I was very glad I did because I started to see results very fast.
Venuto says it like it is, and what he teaches works.</description>

		<description>I bought Burn The Fat last year and I&#039;m now so low in body fat you can see all my muscles. I&#039;ve often been lean in the past, but never like this! I have a hip-bone skinfold pinch of 2.0 mm, which on the accumeasure chart = 4.5% body fat. I couldn&#039;t be more pleased.</description>

For the fourth week straight I&#039;ve lost fat and gained lean body mass (LBM). The total is -5.2 Kgs fat and +2.7 Kgs LBM, of which -1.2 Kgs and +0.6 Kgs was just this past week.

At the same time, I fit into a pair of jeans size 38 which I haven&#039;t fit in for years (38 European which is size 8 U.S. - I was a size 15 U.S.). The Salvation Army must love me these days, all the big clothes are placed in their recouperation dumpsters, bag upon bag of clothes. I&#039;ve liberated 12 clothes hangers and two shelves full of oversized clothing since New Years!</description>
