Labor Day Fat Loss for the Joes and the Pros

I’m out of town for the holiday weekend, and pretty tied up with wedding planning and some final writing for the new book.  I also managed to get beaten like a rented mule in golf by my grandmother yesterday (I don’t play at all, and she apparently is playing a lot, as I got dominated). To change the subject before I embarrass myself too badly, though, I wanted to give you a quick heads-up about two fat loss notables for the week.

First, for the general fitness “Joes” (and “Janes”) that read this blog, I wanted to give a shout-out to product that’s on sale at a special price starting today (through Friday). Dr. Kareem Samhouri’s Double-Edged Fat Loss program is a resource that I’d highly recommend if you (or a family member or friend) is someone who is new to exercise and looking for a program that can deliver excellent results without much equipment.  It certainly isn’t right for everyone (particularly a lot of the hardcore fitness enthusiasts and fitness professionals) reading this blog, but Kareem definitely offers an excellent resource to those who need help getting the ball rolling on an exercise program and want to do so without a ton of equipment.  He’s also a great dude and an excellent motivator, so I think you’ll find it to be good reading, should you make the investment.  Click here for more information and to see if it’s a good fit for you.

Second, for the fitness professionals out there, Alwyn and Rachel Cosgrove are hosting a seminar September 24-25 that goes into a lot of detail on how they attack fat loss programming, which is the bread and butter of their outstanding business success at Results Fitness (arguably the most profitable gym per square foot in the country).  For more information, click here.

I hope you all had a great weekend.  I’ll be back tomorrow with more fresh, new content.
