Many body builders or should I say beginners doesn’t really know how to track their own program. Before and After Photos – Don’t forget this important step, most people regret it after they’ve gone too far. When doing things the right way, you will find yourself feeling so much better while look that much better. Always try to take pictures of before and after photos so that you can be proud of the progress you’ve put down. This doesn’t take long and will even surprise family or friends.
