This doesn&#8217;t necessarily mean to pig out, but to eat fresh and natural foods. These foods are of low fat and are not processed, you also want to include high protein foods as well. You should also avoid any types of junk foods, alcohol, and never skip meals.</p>
<p>Walking and running are probably two of the easiest and best ways to build leg muscle. These are exercises that need to be done for at least 30 minutes or more. Doing this is not something that is hard to do and can be done at anytime during the day, preferably more than once a day. If you think that you do not have time for an extended period for a walking or running session, then try walking to the corner store instead of driving or park further back in the parking lot of your local grocery store. Participating in high energy sports like soccer or football will also help in your goal.</p>

But if you&#8217;re sleeping just a few hours, your body just doesn&#8217;t have enough time to do what it needs to do. Make sure to sleep for at least eight hours every night.</p>
