<p>Aim to work out all body parts at least once a week. That way your body will grow muscles in a natural way and you won&#8217;t have one body part larger than the other. That is the problem you get into when you try to isolate muscles. Your body needs balance to look its best so be sure to work out all of the muscles of your body.</p>

<p>From Greek gods to Hollywood action heroes, the symbol of ultimate strength and virility are muscles, muscles and more muscles. Don&#8217;t just try to live up to seemingly impossible standards&#8211;do it. There are ways to build muscle fast and if you&#8217;re up for it, this article is for you.</p>
<p>Great bodybuilding routines rest on three important legs: a high intensity level workout, a right diet and a good rest. A lot of people don&#8217;t know what a huge impact diet and rest can do, but any experienced trainer can attest to the success of their training because of the equal focus they give on all three qualities.</p>
<p>The first thing on our list is training. Every workout session should begin with sufficient warm-up and stretching. Doing so optimizes your body to perform its best and cushions it for the pain it will experience in the next hour or so. Start with lower loads but increase it at you develop your strength and endurance. Keep changing the drills and weights every so often to keep your body on its toes, so to speak.</p>
<p>All you need is a 60 to 90 minute workout done two to four times a week. You can achieve great results through split training-targeting specific muscle groups on certain days. This ensures maximum efficacy for each session. You can do something like this: Monday- chest and abdominal muscles; Wednesday- back and arm muscles; Saturday- upper and lower leg muscles. If you are trying to put on a bulkier frame, keeping cardiovascular training once a week is good enough for now.</p>
<p>This is the easy section on how to build muscle fast-get quality sleep. Because you are only training half the week, make the other days work for you by getting as much rest as you can. When you exercise, you are creating little tears in your muscle tissues and sleep serves to mend these tears. The results are bigger and harder muscles that can better withstand physical strain. Observe those big, muscled trainers who take a break from their bodybuilding; they become bigger in a few weeks. They&#8217;re not as firm but for you who are starting to build up muscle mass, gaining weight is your focus for now.</p>
<p>Eat a balanced diet. Because you need to gain as much weight as possible, get your calories from food rich in protein and carbohydrates. Lean meat, chicken and fish are good sources of healthy food. There are also muscle building supplements in the market that can help add to your required amount of calories and nutrients. Protein shakes also give an added boost in your workout by fueling your body to perform better.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As you embark on the strictest of routine for bodybuilding, you have to realize that your body will be going through a lot of strain. So you must allow it to have enough nutrients to keep going. Have regular meals throughout the day. Eat at least 6 meals a day. However, never overeat. </p>
<p>Workouts involve a lot of sweating so to keep your body hydrated drink anything between four and five liters of water everyday.</p>
<p>Tip #1: Choose Your Gym Carefully</p>
<p>If you want to succeed you will need a gym that provides two things. All the proper equipment you will need for your particular workout and a competent personal trainer who knows how to motivate you based on your particular personality traits. It is far too tempting to just run out and grab a membership at the closest gym, or worse, to bargain shop for the cheapest. You get what you pay for and if you are lazy in selecting a gym you will ruin you chances of success in the long term.</p>
<p>Tip #2: Plan Your Workout</p>
<p>Once you have joined the gym, the next thing you will need to do is to figure out which are the exercises that work the best for you. While your trainer at the gym will be the best person to help you out, you can also help yourself by reading up on the topic. A huge amount of writing could be found on the Internet.</p>
<p>Tip #3: Carefully Plan Your Diet</p>
<p>The goal with any bodybuilding routine is to increase muscle mass and strength while losing fat and preventing the development of more fat. This is a tricky balance to maintain, while eating way more to feed the muscle growth and avoiding fat growth. There are supplements available however that will increase the rate at which you burn fat while you gain muscle.</p>
<p>While shopping for the proper supplement, also be sure to find one that will meet your body&#8217;s increasing need for vitamins, minerals and protein.</p>
