I know that you can be very busy almost every day of your life, and that can be a difficult hurdle when you are trying to schedule time to exercise. It’s not so easy to stick to a regular gym routine, I know. I can’t speak on behalf of everyone in this world, but I can say how impossible it is to even get a couple of minutes in to take on my fitness. I’m going to take a guess on what you are going through: You get up, you rush to the shower and do all that personal hygienic stuff so you don’t stink at work, and then you skip the most important meal of the day (yes, it’s called BREAKFAST) before you take on the ever so wonderful part of the day: YOUR JOB. It’s the daily grind, the money-maker, and the way to make your ends meet. Should you cave in to the evil junk food and its constant availability, you pay the consequences by the end of the day when you get home. Tired and out of energy.

Perhaps you started a rigorous exercise program of jogging and muscle toning. Or even you started eating many little portions every day, instead of three large sized meal portions. Or even you started taking all sorts of supplements that promised to boost your metabolism.
