What would you say if you were asked to share the hardest challenge you have had to overcome in regards to weight loss? Maybe it has been difficult for you to give up fast foods, or maybe you find counting calories to is boring, or maybe you dread exercising. No matter what your answer is, I can assure you there is something harder.
It never ceases to amaze me how incredibly misguided the vast majority of the population is in the gym. Everyone is desperate for that wide, powerful and muscular physique, yet very few understand how to properly channel their efforts to get there.
No matter if you are a professional bodybuilder, a contact sports player, or just a simple person who is working on getting their body in shape, it is always important that you do not neglect your legs for a great number of reasons. Some folks forget about their legs when working out and focus on the bigger arms and chest. There are very good reasons to exercise your legs along with the rest of your body.
If you’ve been working out for a while, i’m sure you will understand what I will talk about. It sometimes happens that, after some really heavy sets of your routine, you start to have a really amazing feeling. Your muscles feels tight and engorged with blood. And when you look in the mirror they look full and vascular. What you get is nothing but a “pump”. And as I told you, if you have ever had one, you’ll agree with me it’s really, really great (or maybe you agree with Arnold who said it’s like having an orgasm).
