If you are looking for an overnight fix, then dream on, but Vince&#8217;s program may be the closest thing to real results in less time! There are five reasons why his program will help you avoid costly and timely mistakes and build muscle in less time than traditional programs.</p>
<p>Vince makes it clear that supplements simply do not work. Do not waste your money and time hoping a pill, shake or powder will solve all your muscle-building dilemmas. Most have very small results and only if you are working out every spare moment you get!</p>
<p>You also need to know that most programs that discuss &#8220;shocking&#8221; muscles or &#8220;feeling the burn&#8221; are also bogus. You do not have to hurt yourself to build muscle fast. Instead, Vince uses progressive overload to maximize your efforts by continually increasing the weight, not the reps.</p>
<p>Which brings me to the next point. You cannot always trust the pro bodybuilders to offer the best advice. They spend most of their time in the gym. It is their career, after all, so their advice may conflict with a realistic schedule.</p>

<p>Notice all the gimmicky stuff on TV these days playing on the hopes of thousands who want perfect abs but are not motivated enough to get off the couch and get them. Those fads are nothing more than that, and are just designed to take your hard earned money from your pocket and put it into the marketers pockets that are selling that junk. If you want great abs and a solid set of core muscles, then you have to work for them&#8212;no way around it. You need a good ab exercise routine backed up with good nutrition and a positive outlook.</p>
<p>The first thing that has to happen in order to develop strong abdominal muscles and your core strength is that you need to set your mind to it as a way of life, develop good nutritional habits, and then start your ab exercise routine. These exercises can be used to develop core strength and endurance if done the right way over a period of time.</p>
<p>If you want a plan for a good ab exercise routine to work well, you must choose the correct exercises that will work well for you and that you won&#8217;t get tired of quickly. Have a panel of 3-5 exercises that you vary from workout to workout, and do them 3-5 times per week. This way you won&#8217;t tire of them, or get bored, and soon you will find your body is starting to change and improve if you stick to the routine. As you proceed and get more comfortable with the routine, you can increase the reps as you go along.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s your choice which kind of an ab exercise routine you want to follow; and once you decide on your comfort zone, then you can look at some of the exercises offered and pick the ones you like the most so you will stick with them. Exercises like weighted curls with medicine balls, side bends with dumbbells, medicine ball situps, or cable crunches, to mention just a few.</p>
<p>One of the biggest factors in making a good ab exercise program work is sticking with it. Commitment is a big deal here, as with any exercise program; and if you have a goal of great 6 pack abs in mind, and you start out but can&#8217;t follow through, then it won&#8217;t work. You need to make a pact with yourself to be committed to the program, which ever one you choose; and stick with it. Combine good nutrition and a positive mindset with your exercises, and commit yourself to succeeding; then you will have the look you want in no time.</p>
<p>In any ab exercise routine it is imperative that your nutritional intake be supportive of what you are doing exercise-wise, because without a sound nutritional base, your body cannot perform at its peak, and you will find you run out of energy fast. Stay away from junk foods, and those fad food plans you see on TV; keep your eye on good, sound, nutritionally dense natural foods that complement the exercises you are putting your muscles through. Keep a positive mindset for life: this is very important because many folks fail when they do not have this mindset.</p>
<p>The pros know what they&#8217;re talking about when it comes to developing a sound ab exercise routine that will work; you just have to follow their guidelines that have been proven to work, and eat right, and stay positive. Stick with it, and those 6 pack abs you have been dreaming about all those nights on the couch, will soon be yours.</p>
