			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>People are always asking me how they can really build up their abs fast. I always here that getting a fast result is too hard to do. Really it is not. What you need is to know the routine for your abdomen that makes fast abs easy.</p>
<p>I am going to tell you that building a six pack takes hard work. Hard work is not enough, though. You need an exercise plan that will allow you to focus your efforts to get the most from them and not waste your time. With every person that approaches me I see the same mistakes.</p>
<p>So you can avoid these mistakes, here are the top three that you must avoid:</p>
<p>1. Eating one or two meals a day is wrong. What you should really be doing is eating 5 to 6 meals a day. This primes your body for fat loss and is the way to ripped abs fast.</p>
<p>You must have good nutrition to get ripped abs. You need to refuel after your workouts, just like you feel the need to get an energy boost after a stressful day. Your muscles are like that, too. They need refueled so they can recover from a stressful workout. Without doing this you are setting yourself up for muscle loss and strain. You are also slowing your metabolism.</p>
<p>Your strategy for getting ripped abs should be to eat healthy and eat at the right time. You want a good high protein meal after a hard workout. You also want to avoid hose bad foods like fats, sugars and starchy carbs.</p>
<p>2. Relying on cardio to work your muscles. Cardio is necessary and is a good choice, but it won&#8217;t be enough. You want to build abs fast and for that you need good exercises. A variety of exercises are needed. You will need resistance and weight training to give you a complete workout to really build muscles.</p>
<p>Doing these routines combined with abs-targeting workouts will make those abs ripped sooner than you think. One significant reminder though, you should perform these drills regularly at least 4 times a week, every other day. For your cardio option, perform them during the days when you&#8217;re not performing your regular workouts.</p>
<p>3. Doing too much. Some people cannot stand the pain of a workout that is too much, but for others they think pushing past their limits will get faster results. That is just not true.</p>
<p>Over training will not get you fast ripped abs. There is just too much risk of injury. You will face damage both physically and mentally. Your muscles will be worn out and maybe damaged.</p>
<p>Remember, your goal is to do an efficient program. It won&#8217;t be effective at all when you don&#8217;t perform it with accuracy. Over-training won&#8217;t produce the most excellent outcome simply because you won&#8217;t be able to perform each workout with perfection.</p>
<p>You should start with 5 reps for each exercise and then gradually increase as you get stronger. Let your muscles adapt. This allows for muscle recovery and gets your muscles ready for more intense work later on.</p>
<p>Avoid these mistakes. You want to focus on a good exercise routine that is varied and that allows you to do efficient exercises. You want to reach your fitness goal by eating right and by working your body in the best way possible to get those ripped abs fast. You now know what to do and soon will get the results that you want.</p>

<p>If you think you can develop a beautiful six pack like you see on TV by buying the machine they are selling, you&#8217;re not alone.  Most people believe you can simply crunch your way to a nice set of six pack abs.  Its a frustrating trap that people fall into all the time.  The problem is that you cant just burn fat away from your midsection.  In order to see the ripped abs you&#8217;re developing you must strip away the thick layer of fat that covers them.  Id like to show you the components you&#8217;ll need to develop a great six pack.</p>
<p>NUTRITION PHASE:  If you&#8217;ve ever wondered what it would be like to drive your car on 4 flat tires, try building a set of abs without focusing on your diet.  Nutrition may be the single most important lesson you will need to get a ripped midsection.  Your nutrition plan should include the following.</p>
<p>Increase your Metabolism: Increasing your metabolism will allow your body to burn more calories and fat even during times that you&#8217;re not working out.  Eat 5-6 meals a day to keep your metabolism burning hot and keep incinerating the fat off your body.  Think of your metabolism like building a fire to keep you warm.  You must spend a lot of time getting the fire burning (eating breakfast) and then constantly add fuel to keep it burning hot (other small meals).  </p>
<p>High Protein: Eating lean protein is essential to your diet for many reasons.  Unlike most carbohydrates, lean protein digests slowly keeping your blood sugar and cravings to a minimum.  Turkey, chicken, fish or tofu are excellent sources of lean protein.</p>
<p>High amounts of Water: This one is super basic.  Keeping a high water intake will keep the toxins flowing through your kidneys and out of your body.  It also will help prevent dehydration.</p>
<p>Lots of Fiber: Fiber plays a very important role in digestion, keeping things moving smoothly through your intestine.  If you don&#8217;t consume enough fiber in natural foods you can purchase ground flax seed and sprinkle it over a salad or whatever you&#8217;re eating to keep the fiber intake high.</p>
<p>WORKOUT PHASE: Cardiovascular exercise is very important to any fat burning/ ab building program.  Keeping your workouts short and intense is the key to melting the fat off your body.  An example of an intense but short workout is to do intervals of 30 seconds of sprinting followed by 1 minute of easy.  Do 5-10 of these intervals depending on your starting fitness level.  The nice thing about interval training is that it can be done in the pool, on a bike or running.</p>
<p>Weights: Most people think that doing high reps of low weight is the best to burn fat.  That&#8217;s not true.  You may burn a few calories but if you want to burn fat you must add muscle to your body.  Muscle is extremely energy costly and burns much more calories than fat even at rest.</p>

<p>I would like to start by dispelling a huge myth about building six pack abs.  You cant simply burn fat off your midsection to expose your abs.  You can do sit ups, crunches, V-ups all day and develop a strong midsection but you wont be able to see them.  With all the misleading advertisements for ab building machines its no surprise that people still think you can simply burn away the fat around your midsection by doing ab exercises.  The following are the components you&#8217;ll need to develop the best abdominal workout.</p>
<p>NUTRITION PHASE:  If you&#8217;ve ever wondered what it would be like to drive your car on 4 flat tires, try building a set of abs without focusing on your diet.  Nutrition may be the single most important lesson you will need to get a ripped midsection.  Your nutrition plan should include the following.</p>
<p>High Metabolism: Consider your metabolism a burning fire.  If you&#8217;d like to keep that fire burning hot you must constantly put dry firewood in it often.  The same is true for your metabolism.  Eating 5 -6 smaller meals a day will keep your metabolism burning hot AND burning calories.  Many of us are guilty of the worst nutritional sin, skipping breakfast.  Breakfast is actually the most important meal for the day.  Its like lighting the fire that will keep you warm the rest of the night, if you don&#8217;t get that right nothing else matters that much.  </p>
<p>High Protein: Eating lean protein can not be stressed enough.  Since you know that keeping your blood sugar even will reduce your cravings for sugar eating a lean protein will slow your digestion and smooth out your blood sugar levels.  Protein is also vital in rebuilding muscle tissue.</p>
<p>High amounts of Water: This one is super basic.  Keeping a high water intake will keep the toxins flowing through your kidneys and out of your body.  It also will help prevent dehydration.</p>
<p>Fiber: Think of fiber as lubricant to your digestive tract.  Keeping high amounts of fiber in your stomach keeps food moving quickly through your digestive and intestinal tract which will keep you in overall good health.  </p>
<p>WORKOUT PHASE: Cardiovascular exercise is very important to any fat burning and ab building routine.  Keeping your workouts short and intense is the best way to rev your metabolism into high gear and burn fat off your body.  Most people mistakenly think long hours on the treadmill are the best way to burn fat off your body.  Actually, its the best way to stop any good exercise plan from succeeding because you cant keep that up for long.  So keep it short and intense.</p>
<p>Weights: Most people think that doing high reps of low weight is the best to burn fat.  That&#8217;s not true.  You may burn a few calories but if you want to burn fat you must add muscle to your body.  Muscle is extremely energy costly and burns much more calories than fat even at rest.</p>
