<p>5. Reduced risk of diabetes: In fact, if you exercise on a regular basis, it&#8217;s virtually impossible for you to get diabetes. <p>1.Have a pre work out meal. It is not advisable to eat a full meal before working out in the gym. Eat a carbohydrate-rich protein meal to provide you all the energy you will need in your exercise. Remember that carbohydrates provide the energy and endurance that you need to sustain long training. Consume your meal two hours before your training.</p>
<p>2.Lower your stress hormones in the body. It is not advisable to work out after a fight with your partner. This is also the reason why you need to eat before your training. During training, you exert effort in lifting up and an added stress is not anymore helpful.</p>
<p>3.Avoid free radicals in your body. Free radicals are taken from population, smoking, alcohol, radiation and so many more. We cannot avoid these situations in this modern life so it is advisable to drink antioxidant supplements. These can increase your immune system as well as help you get rid of free radicals in your body. Examples of these supplements are Vitamin C and Vitamin E which can be taken from mangos, green leafy vegetables, papaya and oranges. You can also purchase these supplements in different drug stores.</p>
<p>4.Drink more water to hydrate yourself. When you happen to be dehydrated, you tend to have a weak body for it lacks strength to perform weight lifting activities and body building training exercises. We need to replace all our sensible loses in working out.</p>
<p>5.Perform warm up exercises to prepare your body. Even we engage in stressful exercises, we do not want to experience muscle cramps, muscle fatigue, injuries, and soreness the day after the training, right? So you have to heat up your body to send a message to your brain that you are about to perform a stressful exercises.</p>

<p>Proper bodybuilding routines must possess some important characteristics, namely; right duration, enough rest, proper reps, and variation.This means that bodybuilding is not a hit and miss affair. A bodybuilder only needs to have a correct undestanding of proper bodybuilding routines. With this knowledge plus the right determination to carry out the right workout, any bodybuilder will surely have a worry-free time in building muscle mass while at the gym.</p>
<p>Every bodybuilder, either a beginner or a professional, must make his weight training routine a priority. This way, he must bear in mind that his desired results from weight training do not just happen overnight. Patience and determination play a lot of role in gaining the muscle mass and strength that he truly desires.</p>
<p>Ask any profesional weight trainer and he will tell you that there is no need to spend 3 hours a day in the gym to build muscle mass. In fact, spending that much time inside the gym while exerting the muscles will likely lead to overtraining. This means that every weight trainer must keep his workouts as efficient as possible. The really good bodybuilders know that the amount of time spent inside the gym does not guarantee muscle mass. Spending too much time inside the gym will only be counter productive. It is crucial to keep weight training workouts under an hour and a half (or better yet, and hour) and performing them 3 or 4 times a week. This way the body will get enough rest to grow bigger and stronger.</p>
<p>Here are some important tips. One, an ideal workout is between 45 to 75 minutes maximum while the best should be 60 minutes being best. This is guided by a simple reason. The levels of muscle building and fat burning hormones that the body produces begin to drop after 75 minutes. This is one occasion when doing more does not actually the body any good. So it is best to keep the workout within the ideal time.</p>
<p>Two, the ideal rest in between sets is 90 seconds or less. It is important to keep the rest in between sets to a minimum. It helps improve a lifter?s cardiovascular system. Also, it has also been known that this kind of training stimulates growth hormones output the most. More so, this allows more time for the workout itself.</p>
<p>Third, the sets should be between 8 &#8211; 15 repetitions for muscle mass gains and 15-25 repetitions for body sculpting purposes. There are many reasons for this range in reps.</p>
<p>It has been shown in studies that muscle building and fat burning occur more efficiently at these repetition ranges. Another reason is that since the body is doing so many repetitions, there is less probability of injury because the lifter will be using a weight that he can control. Also, Because the best blood pump to flow into the muscle cells are within these repetition ranges then this is important since along with the blood come nutrients that nourish the muscle cells and help them recover and rebuild bigger faster.</p>
<p>Lastly, training must be varied and cycled. It is not wise to get stuck with the same routine for a long workout period. If a bodybuilder does this, this would result in zero muscle growth. Therefore, proper bodybuilding routines must possess four characteristics, namely; right duration, enough rest, proper reps, and variation.</p>
