<p>It can be true because after finding out their pros and cons, your experience and understanding grow keeping you away from being surprised about anything. However, one diet should pleasantly surprise you.</p>
<p>A diet that uses some unusual concept is called Abs diet. The concept of the diet is pretty straight forward but effective though. You lose weight while exercising and building your muscle and eating a special diet.</p>
<p>About exercising&#8230; Muscles compared to fat, make your body spend much more energy to keep them in shape, that&#8217;s why in order to make your body use more energy, you need to have more muscle.</p>
<p>Easy isn&#8217;t it? In order to lose weight, instead of lowering your calorie intake, you have to increase your energy usage by having more muscles. Muscle mass will use the energy that would be stored as fat normally.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s look at some calculations&#8230; About 50 calories a day are used to keep in shape 1 pound of muscle. How many calories will be used for maintenance of 10 pounds of muscle? Yes, 500 calories a day. 500 calories less a day actually could trim 1 pound of your weight a week.</p>
<p>Diet creates a snowball effect &#8211; the more you exercise the more muscle you build, the more energy your body uses, the more weight you lose. And so on.</p>
<p>Food in Abs diet&#8230; The diet consists of two parts &#8211; exercising and special diet which include 12 power foods that will give your body necessary minerals and vitamins. Other foods should be forgotten unfortunately during the diet. Allowed foods are: peanut butter, low-fat dairy products, beans and peas, eggs, instant hot oat cereal, wholegrain breads and cereals, berries, lean meats (such as turkey), spinach and a couple of other green vegetables, olive oil, protein powder, almonds.</p>
<p>Duration of the diet usually is 6 weeks and some may find it hard to stick to it but better looking body, nice set of abs and weight loss should give needed motivation. Realistic weight loss in first two weeks is up to staggering 12 pounds.</p>

<p>The simple beginner body building plan helps you learn and get started right away. <p>If you want to get big and strong, don&#8217;t forget to take your protein powder. Bodybuilders have long relied upon protein powder to make sure they get the high level of protein needed to beef up their bodies through lifting weights and exercise. </p>
<p>Dairy products as well as eggs, cottage cheese, soy and vegetable protein also contain good amounts of protein. Nevertheless, none of these sources compares in quality or ease of use like whey protein. Whey protein has the highest value in providing branched-chain amino acids, which result in building and retaining muscle tissue.</p>
<p>Whey protein (the highest quality and best form of protein) is incredible stuff. It provides the body with the necessary building blocks to produce amino acids that are used for building muscle tissue. Whoa! Nearly every bodybuilder knows the importance of protein supplementation. </p>
<p>So if you put that protein powder immediately after your workout that&#8217;s gonna help with that muscle recovery the second you&#8217;re done working out.</p>
<p>Putting that protein right before bedtime, even after your dinner but before bedtime, you can actually minimize how much muscle breakdown you have during the night. You can use protein powder as a way to increase the protein at your breakfast. </p>
<p>Whey protein also plays a role as an antioxidant and helps support a health immune system. Most importantly, consistent whey protein intake coupled with exercise will result in consistent muscle building.</p>
<p>Protein powders can also be a combination of one or more ingredients. </p>
<p>But just because you use a protein powder, if you&#8217;re using it in replacement of another meal, it&#8217;s not gonna be a miracle worker. It&#8217;s not automatically gonna make you stronger, faster, leaner. </p>
<p>At McMaster and elsewhere, researchers have spent years conducting careful studies of how much protein exercisers can actually use. By tracking nitrogen, which is found in protein but not in carbohydrates or fat, they can determine whether their subjects are building muscle, losing muscle or holding steady.</p>
