<p>Although we will talk about exercise in the later stages of this article, eating healthily is vital to obtaining the dream body that you have always wanted. If you exercise for an hour every day and then eat high fat and unhealthy foods, you will not see any gains at all.</p>
<p>Another important aspect to think about is your mindset. Do you really want to spend time at the gym or working out at home to define your abs? <p>If you are able to find a vision in your mind of how you would eventually like to look or feel about yourself then this can also help greatly.
