Sean Nalewanyj has the top selling body transformation book the last few years. Sean Nalewanyj’s Muscle Gain Truth No-Fail System is one of the most complete, and comprehensive muscle building programs available. This isn’t just some plain old ebook with a training program and a few pictures…  This is a complete step by step mass gaining program that will covers everything you need to do to get big.  Sean calls his program the “No Fail System”, and  if you follow it diligently, expect to see some monster muscle gains in a relatively short period of time.

You can learn how to build muscle fairly easily, but actually doing it is another matter.

My favorite part is the workout section. It includes everything you need to know to gain muscle fast: warming up, stretching, exercises with detailed images and videos and tips on how to perform the workouts the most efficient way.

The Muscle Gain Truth No-Fail System ebook covers all aspects of a successful mass gaining plan, including training, nutrition, supplementation and recovery.  It’s a total of 9 chapters (249 pages) and really does a good job at teaching the fundamentals of bodybuilding.  It’s well written, and easy to understand even if you are unfamiliar with weight training.

In addition to the ebook, Sean offers what he calls the 6 “No-Fail Support Modules”, which include a 26 week workout plan, a video exercise database, meal plans, and two different software applications. These tools are very valuable, and will prove to be very helpful for any beginner to intermediate trainers that are strive for big time gains.

I found Sean Nalewanyj to be a great trainer. He has produced a great package that delivers what is promised. It is one of those rare, no crap, no hype package that just focusses on one aspect and that is building your muscle.

First covered are the workouts you will be doing. Now, it would be easy for Sean to throw out the sets, reps and exercises that he used to build his body and then send you to the gym. That alone would provide you with a great start.

But the emphasis of this program is to not only tell you what to do, but to tell you why you do it to Build lean Muscle. Only then will you have the confidence to keep doing it until you reach your goals.

Sean’s workout section is EXCELLENT. He takes you through every aspect of the productive mass gain workout and then follows it up with video lessons (see bonuses) to drive home his points. From warming up and stretching to selecting the best exercises and then performing them in the most effective ways. The little things (which can actually be big things) like proper breathing and taking time off are also covered.

How many times a week do you need to perform workouts? Three intense workouts for 60 minutes a week are required to get successful with Sean’s program. The resting days are a neccessity and many beginners who start doing exercises 6-7 days a week don’t get this: No results without resting. There’s a separate chapter with the title “Rest and Recovery” explaining this in detail.

Once you understand what is meant by an “intense workout” as it relates to a mass gain program, you should have no problem understanding the necessity of rest. Unfortunately, this is where a great many beginners (and intermediates and even those who consider themselves experts) fail in their quest for muscle gain – They don’t truly understand what constitutes an intense workout.

Sean does an excellent job of explaining what he means when he says “you must train with 100% intensity.” He doesn’t leave you to determine what that may mean to you, he tells you exactly what it must mean if you intend to affect major change on your body.

Cons

1. The most important parts of the program require a spotter. Yes, there are alternatives for each one of the exercises that requires a spotter as well, but to get the most out of the system, having a spotter is nearly essential. Not that I’m complaining – I’ve yet to find any effective muscle gain system where a spotter was not needed. However, it is, I feel, important to mention that Sean does provide a secondary workout system that is supposed to be just as effective without a spotter (I haven’t used it).

2. There is almost too much offered. While you can get by very well just with reading Truth About Building Muscle, Sean includes a whole lot more stuff in this package. My personal recommendation is to go through the videos, the exercise routines, and the Truth About Building Muscle manual together in the first round. Take the audio with you if you go to a gym, and start incorporating the meals from the meal plan in the 2nd to 4th week based on how you are able to fit it in your schedule.

3. Finally, I did not think it was necessary for Sean to spend as much time as he does on clarifying what a scam most of the big companies are. But then again, I guess this might be because I knew most of the body-building industry scam before I ever used Sean’s system, so didn’t think it was that important, but it might be very helpful to some others!

The only downside to the Truth about Building Muscle is that it is focused on High Intensity Training (HIT), leaving out a vast majority of workouts that are just as effective.

The Final Verdict

Sean Nalewanyj’s Muscle Gain Truth is currently our top recommened Body Building program online to build big and lean Muscle. it seems Sean Nalewanyj has received tenure in a field where few are telling the truth.

The price is on the higher side with $77 for the normal and $107 for the Gold Package. But with the comprehensive package covering everything you need to know to gain muscles fast the price is well worth it.
Like with all effective body building programs – there are no quick schemes. You need to make the commitment to read the ebook once or better twice and then take action. The good things is that you don’t need to perform workouts daily, 3 times a week for 60 minutes will show very good results. But it requires the discipline to stick to your plan.
