For this one, you need a medicine ball. Place the ball on the floor and sit on it. Then, lean back slowly until your torso is parallel to the floor.  As you do this, try to maintain your balance. Now slowly bring your torso up until you reach a U-form. Hold that position for as long as you can and then go back down. Repeat each step until you finish all your reps.</p>
<p>3. Full Body Crunches</p>
<p>Again, rest your back on the floor. Cross your arms on top of your chest. Bring your torso up while you bring in your knees towards your pelvis. Keep that form for a few moments and start all over.</p>

If you’re not a fitness buff, or if you generally just abhor any form of <a href="http://www.musclegaintruth.us/go/Exercise" style=""   onmouseover="self.status='http://www.musclegaintruth.us/go/Exercise';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">exercise</a>, you might even try and tempt yourself to try an ab workout on one of the many different types of ab exercise machines which are just lining the sports shops.</p>
<p>Whatever you decide to try out though, doing a proper ab workout is one of the best ways for you to get those well defined abs you often see gracing the covers of fitness magazines and the like. But, there are a few things you need to consider. If you are just starting out doing an ab workout, you might want to first get a few things in place beforehand, such as having a <a href="http://www.musclegaintruth.us/go/bodybuildingroutines" style=""   onmouseover="self.status='http://www.musclegaintruth.us/go/bodybuildingroutines';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">routine</a> physical exam carried out.</p>
<p>This is a good precautionary measure to take since doing an <a href="http://aboutabs.com" target="_blank">ab workout</a> is a strenuous business at best, and you never know whether your present of state of health is geared to handle such a strenuous workout to begin with. Just three days a week is fine, every other day so that you are giving your body time to recuperate. And yes, I know there are seven days in a week, but it&#8217;s ok to take the weekend off to relax and spend time on other things.</p>
